Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you ask for help with an estimate, we collect: your name, phone number and/or email address, ZIP code, garage size, floor condition, desired timeline, optional project notes, the page you came from, the time of your request, and a record of the consent you gave (wording version and time).

For abuse prevention we also keep a one-way hashed form of your IP address (not the address itself) and a shortened browser user-agent string.

How we use it

To store and manage your request, to email its details to our business mailbox, and to contact you by phone or email about it.
To keep a record of our follow-up: contact attempts, your decisions about sharing, and the outcome of the request.
With your permission only, to share the project details you approve with independent local garage floor coating contractors we approach on your behalf, and to record their responses.
To prevent spam and abuse, and to detect duplicate requests.

We do not sell your information to advertisers, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Who receives it

Independent contractors, only after you give us permission and only the details you approve. A contractor's own privacy practices apply to what they receive.
Our business mailbox, through Google's Apps Script service. When your request is saved, its details (name, phone, email if given, ZIP code, garage size, floor condition, timeline and notes) are sent securely from our server to a small script that we control on Google's Apps Script service, which emails them to leads@topekaepoxy.com (a mailbox hosted by Hostinger). Google processes the message in transit under Google's own privacy terms. The email subject never contains your information.
Infrastructure providers that host this site and store requests (Cloudflare: hosting, database and Turnstile spam protection). Cloudflare Turnstile runs on the request page; see Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Authorities when legally required.

Cookies and tracking

We do not run advertising or analytics trackers on this site, and we do not set cookies ourselves. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, reports aggregate traffic statistics from its own network (requests, page views, countries); no analytics script or visitor identifier is added to your browser. Turnstile may process browser signals on the request page to tell people from bots.

Retention and deletion

We keep requests for up to 12 months, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your request sooner, or ask what we hold, by contacting leads@topekaepoxy.com.

Security

Requests are sent over HTTPS, validated on the server, and stored in an access-controlled database. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

Children

This site is for adult homeowners and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

The checklist on the confirmation page is built in your browser from your answers about garage size, floor condition and timing. Those answers are kept only in that browser tab and are not sent anywhere. We will update the date above when this policy changes.
