Terms of use

Our role

Topeka Garage Floors is an independent contractor referral and negotiation-assistance service. We help homeowners seek competitive pricing by approaching independent contractors on their behalf, with their permission. We are not a garage floor coating contractor and do not perform installation work. Contractors are independent businesses.

No guarantee of service

Our help is free to homeowners. We do not guarantee a discount, the lowest price, a contractor quote, a successful contractor match, or that any contractor will respond, be available or perform work. Contractor estimates may not be free, and final pricing is subject to the contractor's confirmation. Any agreement you make is solely between you and the contractor.
